Tweed Connections is an independent day care centre and enabling service which is based in Berwick-upon-Tweed but also serves the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland.

A hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day
Assisted bathing in a state of the art, complex needs, disabled bathroom
Highly trained and experienced staff
Transport can be arranged if required
